The AMP Oval Health & Fitness Club

The AMP Oval Health & Fitness Club offer a wide range of sporting and leisure facilities including aerobics, body conditioning, kick boxing, yoga, pilates, circuit training, weights and martial arts. Both corporate and individual membership is available. A team of qualified fitness instructors are on hand to provide one to one programming classes. There are also a wide range of exercise classes in two fully equipped training areas.
