Cafe Neon

Cafe Neon is a small cafe located on the ground floor and basement opposite the renovated Bigg Market. In the warmer months you can sit outside and watch the world go by whilst in the winter you can sit inside and enjoy a coffee, pastry, breakfast or even something more substantial.
