The driving aim behind Artfulness was to create a city-centre art gallery that was friendly, approachable and, above all, affordable. Artfulness helps to support artists based in York as well as others from all over the UK. The cafe helps to create a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for those who like to relax and sip their coffee whilst admiring the wide range of art.
