Shangri-La

Shangri-la restaurant intends to introduce the customer to new experiences of Chinese cuisine. The Sichuan cuisine they serve features a variety of strong flavours in several styles. Sichuan cooking has been praised as having "one hundred dishes with one hundred flavours", but is particularly known for peppery dishes. Shangri La also serves Beijing Cuisine which integrates the cooking techniques of Han, Manchu, Mongolian and Hui ethnic groups, and absorbs main local dishes from all over the country.
